In this direction, since 2019, KUKA 60-3 generation transfer robot and 2 piece MAZAK MTN 600M with C-axis vertical lathes have been used in our shop floor, and the system works as fully integrated and in operation makes production 7/24.

Considering the combination of skilled manpower and advanced technology in production, modern machining techniques and special tools which has high cutting capabilities are used.

In addition to machining, also welding and assembly operations take place in our Machining Factory. All submerged arc and gas metal arc welding operations are carried out within our facility.

Robotic welding capability, which is preferred especially by automotive companies in terms of welding quality and repeatability, was brought to our facility in 2020. In this system, ABB ROBOT-FRONIUS cooperation which has proven itself in its this field, was preferred invested.

Autocad, Solidworks and Creo 7.0 Cad softwares are used in our R&D and method department. In the preparation of machining codes, Mazak Smoothcam, Okuma IGF and Solidcam softwares are used
