OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY

Çimsataş established the Workplace Health and Safety Unit in 2013 in order to ensure that all employees work under the most suitable conditions in terms of health, safety and working environment in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Law and Legislation.

In İSGB of Çimsatas, which is in a very high risk class; There are two medical doctors, one full-time and one part-time, and four full-time occupational safety specialists, one of whom is Class A, and a health personnel.

In addition to OHSAS 18001 certificate it has held since 2005, Çimsataş received the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certificate on 19.01.2021 due to the importance given to the legal authorities, occupational health and safety, to the public , its customers and also fulfills all the requirements.

Çimsataş took important steps to protect the health of its employees and their families and documented the prevention actions with TSE Covid-19 Safe Production Certificate by starting of Covid-19 epidemic which ravage the world in 2019.

In order to maximize occupational health and safety at Çimsataş, technologies and methods that will keep the conditions at the optimum level are applied in accordance with the current regulations and legislation.

It is ensured that accidents and possible risk points that may lead to accidents are determined and corrective actions are taken to prevent them and systematically manage accident risks in terms of occupational health and safety and to prevent and eliminate occupational accidents and risks.

Occupational health and safety performance is continuously improved in line with the relevant legal regulations. Occupational health and safety risks are evaluated and taken into account in our new investments and all our employees are provided with occupational health and safety awareness.
