Technologies Used in Our Factory

In the foundry, Çimsataş stands out in the industry with its application of sand molding and resin casting technologies. Using the Novacast casting simulation program for casting design, the company leads the way in innovation.

In the forging facilities, closed-die forging technology is employed. Advanced technologies at Çimsataş are further highlighted with Deform Simulation for die design, Work NC CAM Machining software for production, and high-speed CNC machines.

The part production facilities are equipped with modern CNC machines, horizontal machining centers, and lathes, meeting the machining needs of the automotive main industry.

With Annealing and Tempering Furnaces, Normalizing Furnaces, Carburizing Furnaces, Isothermal Annealing Furnaces, and various Induction Hardening machines, Çimsataş proudly holds a leading position in heat treatment in Turkey.
