Our forging factory, which started its activities in 1983 with 2 press lines, 2500 Ton and 4500 Ton Press, has reached a capacity of 24.000 tons/year with one 1000 metric tons, one 1600 metric tons, one 2500 metric tons and two 4500 metric tons press lines today.
All our presses are mechanical presses. We produce a wide range of sectors such as automotive, agricultural machinery, railway, construction machinery. Our product range varies from simple rough gears to complex engraved crankshafts, connecting rods, parts for cardan shafts (including sleeve yokes, flnge yokes, tube yoke and midship yokes) , chain links used in undercarriage of construction machines. Various steel groups such as low alloy steels, case hardening steels, micro-alloyed steels are forged. In micro-alloyed steels, with the controlled cooling operation after forging, the required strength values and microstructure of the parts can be achieved without the need for any additional heat treatment. After forging, the parts are sandblasted, if necessary or technically required also crack detected, and parts are shipped to the customer according to the desired spec and quality. The external scrap rate is with 20 ppm at a very low level.
The 3D model of forging dies are created with computer aided design (CAD) tools CATIA and SOLID, the forging process is simulated with computer aided engineering (CAE) software DEFORM and the most optimal tool paths are created with computer aided machining (CAM) tools CATIA and WorkNC. All of the dies are machined in-house at one of our high speed vertical machining centers (4 machines), 2-axis CNC lathes with various turning diameters (4 machines) or at universal turning and milling machines. Thus, a new pattern can be put into operation and sent to the customer within four weeks.
